Pass or Don't Pay

At OUR Traffic School, you’re guaranteed to pass the course or you don’t pay. Our course is written in simple, easy to understand language. There are no "trick" questions. If you read the material, you will pass the final exam. If you cannot remember an answer to a question you are allowed to go back to the material to find it. It’s that simple!

If you don’t pass the final exam on your first try, you can retake it a second time. DMV only allows us to let you take the final exam twice. If you do not pass on the second try you must work through the course from the beginning. In the rare event this was to happen, we do not charge any additional fees for going through the course a second time. Should you decide to quit before passing the exam and completing the course for any reason, we will refund 100% of your tuition paid.
